I recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location. Surrounded by towering buildings, it is in the center of the city. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room in a different tower. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a good variety. it was a pleasant experience.

There were some cleanliness issues with the furnishings and bedding.

We were impressed with the spacious and cute lobby of the hotel. The concierge staff were friendly and provided helpful assistance throughout our stay. The comfortable beds allowed for a good night's sleep. The big and clean toilets were a pleasant surprise. the free tuktuk service to the nearby main road was convenient and saved us some walking time. Finally, the swimming pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim.

We encountered a few areas that could use improvement. The lighting system in the room was terrible, making it difficult to find the right switches for each light.

the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities; a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and beach towels available. the restaurant was fantastic, serving a wide variety of dishes that were delicious and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area which had great drinks and a lovely atmosphere.

The only minor issue we experienced was the location, which was a bit far from the main road. the hotel offered a shuttle service which made it easy to explore the city.

The housekeepers at Valia Hotel Bangkok were incredibly helpful and had a kind attitude. The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. The shower was spacious with warm water. The reception and corridors didn't have any unpleasant smells. We were pleasantly surprised that the room stayed cool even with the air conditioner off, thanks to a window that opened. The staff promptly attended to our shower when there was a problem with the drain.
